SCOTTSDALE, Arizona, February 22, 2021 (ISSUEWIRE) – Praxsyn Corporation (OTC: PXYN, the “Company”) and Frank Brady, its former Chief Executive Officer have settled the outstanding litigation with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). As a consequence of the settlement of this SEC complaint, Frank Brady resigned from the Board of Directors and as CEO. In connection with Mr. Brady’s resignation, Daniel Oswald was appointed Interim CEO of the Company. All other remaining members of the Board of Directors have since resigned.
